The standards for excellence in today’s workplaces have changed.

Your business, organization, or community cannot fully flourish unless everyone involved is also thriving. Organizations must cultivate productive and affirming cultures to maintain the best and brightest. If you see your business as innovative and want to be future-ready, you’ve come to the right place.

In today’s world, leaders are expected to interact effectively with people from different races, religions, ages, genders, sexual orientations, and educational backgrounds. We can help with the following.

    • Strategy and Execution

    • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

    • Employee Engagement

    • Developing personal culture-building plans

  • Keynotes & Constituent Lectures

Creative, exciting, and dynamic speakers can ignite change for your event, or help your organization visualize its future. We provide 30-90 minute opening or closing keynotes and lectures on culture-building and a variety of other topics. Presentations can be tailored for leadership, staff, donors, clients, students, or broader audiences. We work with partners on topics best-suited for a given audience and can advise on appropriate conference programming.

  • Communities of Practice

Culture-building is consistently challenging and generally unpredictable work. We have found that having colleagues across organizations and sectors to troubleshoot similar issues with can make a world of difference. RMC intends to continue and expand this work to include different groups for community leaders at the board, executive, managerial, and entry levels of organizations.
